The automatic bottle filling capping machine is mainly designed for plastic or glass round and flat bottles and suitable for filling liquid like cleaner liquid spray, surfactant, medicinal spray, nasal, hair wax, serum, air freshener, cream, lotion and so on. The bottle filling machine adopts the high filling accuracy filling head with the filling range 20-200ml, high precision. The bottle feeding auto or by hand, then filled with liquid and move by rotary plate, the cap feeding by vibrating plate, cap auto. It has 16 stations.
PLC controller and color touch screen are applied and made it possible for programmable control of the machine. It can finish filling, long pump load, screwing the cap, outer cap load and press, labeling(optional) automatically. No bottle no filling and no capping.
High position accuracy, stable driving, precise dosage, and simple operation and also protects bottle caps.
