Automatic plastic tube filling and sealing machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, daily cosmetic and chemical industries. It can seal both plastic tube and plastic aluminum laminate tube.

Tube feeding auto, color marking identification, filling, tube tails hot air sealing, code printing, cutting and finished tube ejection are finished one by one through an automatic control system.

– Color mark accurately. Tube orientation device is controlled by servo motor, use LEISTER photoelectric sensor to orient tube automatically.

– Air storage device. Which make the Air cylinder working smoothly and improve the production speed.

– 316L or 304 stainless steel(optional) is used in material contacting parts, the parts need to clean is made of the quick-change device. Meet GMP standard

– No tube no filling.  Also features overload protection and many other safety devices.

– Heating and mixing hopper (optional) can be chosen, if your materials need to be heated.
